My husband and I grabbed this for take out for the first time tonight and I couldn’t have been more pleased! I ordered the Italian chicken salad and the chicken was cooked to perfection. My fries on my salad were still crispy and not soggy. We also got a pesto roni pizza. We love to try out pizzas in the area and this is by far one of our favorites! Also very friendly service! Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

This place is legit. The owner has been making amazing pizza for as long as I can remember. Went in for the 1st time the other day and it was par for the course. The menu actually has a dish with vodka sauce which you never see anywhere. The staff was friendly and the place looks beautiful. Ive eaten in famous pizza joints in NYC and in authentic mom and pop places in Italy and this place nails it.

Everything was SO good. We had salads that came with an garlic knot. The house made dressings were great. The french fries were fantastic along with the onion petals. The pizza was delicious and is some of the best I've had in a long time. Everything was perfect! Atmosphere was fun, we enjoyed looking at the mural of Italian people and picking out who everyone was. Everyone who works at the restaurant is super friendly. The only down side is that there isn't one where I live... Although I now know where we will stop when we're in Altoona. Ps. You should open a restaurant in Pittsburgh!

We are from out of town but stopped by with the family before the Curve game hoping to get a quick pizza. The menu had far more to offer than pizza though and we were interested in trying it all! Everything we had, we loved. Portions were generous, service was fantastic, and I'm still thinking about the pizza now that I'm back in Pittsburgh. I love my pizza on the thinner size with quality sauce and cheese. It was perfection. We couldn't finish all are food, but the kids still wanted to try the desserts on display. They passed on ballpark dessert just so we could go back and get cheesecake from here to go.... Between the Curve and this restaurant, I definitely want to come back to Altoona soon.

This place is special. The Honey Cup pizza is one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. The sauce is simple but elegant. The cheese pull is elite. The ricotta is the smoothest creamiest stuff I’ve ever had on a pizza. The crust is like top NYC pizza. You can fold it but it won’t fold on you. That’s perfection. It’s crispy and airy and the chew made me giggle a bit with delight. Been here twice now to make sure we didn’t hit on a good night. They’re all good nights!! Can’t wait to try the pastas. The BLVD is gonna be thick in the rotation. Service is very good. Dining room is very tasteful. Great spot. Wanted to add that we’ve been back a couple more times and can report that the salads and subs are also top notch. I’m fairly convinced that the bread for my chicken parm sub was baked around the contents of the sub.

Pizza is excellent. Even great reheated the next day. Crust isn't too chewy, flavorful sauce and the cheese was just right. The homemade roll for the vodka chicken parm is elite. The fries are probably the best boardwalk style fries I've had in a long time. Are they fresh cut? Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. The only complaint is that there are too many fries in an order. I know. A horrible problem to have. They could do a third the fries and soda for a combo special and might still be too many fries. And I love fries. I like to pick a place and travel for lunch from time to time. The drive was nice and relaxing. Worth the 3 1/2 hour from Baltimore. Even though I saw a couple interesting places on the way... I hope to be back. If you are in the area, this place is worth it.

We stumbled upon Pizza Boulevard on a whim, just looking for a quick bite before checking into our hotel. Initially, we planned to grab a couple of slices, but the Honey Cup pizza caught our attention—so we opted for the 12” pie. And wow, are we glad we did! The Honey Cup features perfectly cupped pepperoni, a heavenly blend of mozzarella and ricotta cheeses, and a drizzle of Mike’s Hot Honey that ties everything together beautifully. Even though we weren’t particularly hungry, we found ourselves savoring every bite—and nearly polished off the entire pie. The crust? Perfection. Thin, crispy, yet pliable enough to fold effortlessly—exactly how a great pizza should be. On top of the outstanding food, the restaurant itself is exceptionally clean and inviting, making for an all-around pleasant dining experience. If we’re ever back in the area, Pizza Boulevard will absolutely be on our must-stop list. Highly recommended for any pizza lover!
